Poultry Solution Hub ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Dr. Shahadat Hossain. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, displayed, and protected when users use the Poultry Solution Hub Android application.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Many farm-management features of the App can be used without creating a traditional user account.
Information entered into features such as farm records, vaccination schedules, calculations, reports, feed formulation, and other local management tools is generally stored on the user's device unless the relevant feature clearly indicates that information will be uploaded or shared online.
The Marketplace and certain online content features use Firebase and other cloud services as described below.
The Marketplace uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to generate a temporary technical user identifier. This allows Firebase Security Rules to distinguish one Marketplace user from another and helps ensure that users can manage only their own posts and Marketplace information.
General Marketplace users are not required to enter an email address or password for this anonymous authentication process.
The App's authorized administrative functions use a separate protected administrator authentication process.
Firebase Anonymous Authentication may create a unique Firebase user ID. This technical identifier is used for security, ownership, moderation, and operation of Marketplace features.
Poultry Solution Hub includes a Marketplace where users can create, view, edit, renew, share, report, save, and delete poultry-related buying or selling posts.
When a user creates a Marketplace profile or listing, the following information may be collected and stored:
Marketplace information is submitted voluntarily by the user for the purpose of publishing and managing a listing.
Marketplace listings are intended to be visible to other App users. Information shown publicly may include:

The App uses Firebase Realtime Database to store or deliver information including:
Firebase Security Rules are used to restrict database modifications and help prevent users from editing or deleting data that they do not own.
Images selected for Marketplace listings and certain administrative slider features may be uploaded to and stored through Cloudinary.
The App uploads only the images selected by the user for the relevant feature. The resulting image link may then be stored in Firebase and displayed within the App.
Cloudinary may process uploaded media and related technical information according to its own privacy and service terms.

The App may request approximate or precise location permission to show the user's current area or district and to support location-related App features.
Device location obtained through Android Location Services is not continuously tracked.
The App does not automatically upload GPS coordinates to the Marketplace. However, district and upazila information manually selected or entered by a user for a Marketplace profile or post may be stored in Firebase and displayed to other users.
Users may deny or revoke location permission through Android device settings.
The Marketplace may provide buttons that allow users to call or contact a listing owner through WhatsApp or another installed communication application.
A call or message is initiated only after the user actively presses the relevant button. Poultry Solution Hub does not automatically place calls or send messages.
Users may report misleading, fraudulent, spam, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable Marketplace listings or users through available in-app controls.
Users may also block content or users where this feature is available.
Reports may include technical identifiers, the reported post or user, the reporting user identifier, the selected reason, the report time, and moderation status.
We may review, hide, restrict, expire, or remove Marketplace content that violates App rules, applicable policies, or applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions on Marketplace access.
Poultry Solution Hub provides an information and communication platform that connects potential buyers and sellers.
Poultry Solution Hub is not a buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, delivery provider, guarantor, or party to transactions arranged between users.
We do not guarantee the identity of a user or the quality, legality, availability, condition, price, authenticity, safety, delivery, or performance of any listed product or service.
Users are responsible for independently checking listings, identities, products, prices, locations, and transaction terms before making any payment or completing any transaction.

Poultry Solution Hub does not sell or rent users' personal information.
Information intentionally published in Marketplace listings is shared with other App users as part of the Marketplace service.
Data may also be processed by service providers such as Firebase and Cloudinary only as necessary to operate the relevant App features.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid request from an authorized authority.
Marketplace information may be retained while a listing or profile is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, moderation, dispute handling, backup, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Expired, hidden, reported, or deleted listing information may remain in backups or moderation records for a limited period before permanent removal.
Local farm-management records remain on the user's device until the user deletes them, clears the App's data, or uninstalls the App, subject to any device backup settings controlled by the user or operating system.
Users can edit or delete their own Marketplace posts using the controls available in the App.
To request correction or deletion of Marketplace profile information, uploaded images, reports, or other cloud-stored personal information, users may contact:
A deletion request should include enough information to identify the relevant Marketplace profile or post, such as the phone number, post details, or post ID. We may request reasonable verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized requests.
Where legally permitted, some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data handled by the App.
These measures include Firebase Authentication, Firebase Security Rules, restricted administrative access, and encrypted network connections provided by the relevant service providers.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Poultry Solution Hub is intended for poultry farmers, veterinarians, consultants, traders, students, farm managers, and other poultry professionals.
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information, they may contact us to request its removal.
We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change.
Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
